Good questions.
Will it arrive by December 1?
For US orders, we recommend ordering by Nov 10 for the best chance of arriving by December 1. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, especially in the holiday rush.
If it lands a few days into December, just open the windows you missed together. The countdown still ends on Christmas Eve.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days in the US, 10–20 to Canada, the UK, Australia and the EU, and 10–25 elsewhere. You'll get a tracking number by email.
How do the bundle discounts work?
Pick 2 or 3 calendars and the savings apply automatically at checkout. No code needed. Each calendar comes complete with all 24 squishies.
What if it arrives damaged or I get the wrong item?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a replacement or a refund.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Because it's a seasonal item, all sales are final for change-of-mind returns. Damaged, defective, wrong or lost orders are always covered, as above. See our refund policy.
What age is it for?
Great for kids, teens and squishy collectors. The squishies are small, so they're not suitable for children under 3. Please supervise younger kids.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, free worldwide. Orders outside the US may be charged local import duties or taxes on arrival, which aren't included in the price.
How do I reach you?
Email merrysquishy_support@gmail.com with your order number and we'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
December 1 is almost here.
